   Supplier Audit:We only work with ISO 9001-certified suppliers to ensure that copper materials (C1100/C10100) and aluminum alloys (6061/6063) comply with ASTM/GB standards.Each batch of materials is accompanied by a material report (RoHS and REACH compliance testing).

   Incoming Quality Control (IQC)

Testing Equipment: Spectrometer (composition testing), hardness tester, micrometer (thickness tolerance ±0.05mm).

Key Indicators: Thermal conductivity (copper ≥380W/mK, aluminum ≥200W/mK), surface free of cracks/oxidation.

Precision Craftsmanship · Automation

Heat Sink Core Process CNC Machining:

Equipment: Five-axis CNC machine tool (accuracy ±0.01mm) to ensure uniform fin spacing

Process: Milling/scraping tooth forming, surface roughness ≤Ra0.3μm

Flatness: 100x100mm: 0.1, TEC contact surface 0.05

Cold Plate Core Process Channel Machining:

Etching/CNC milling, channel width tolerance ±0.1mm (suitable for various copper tube sizes)

Sealing Welding:

Laser welding (permeability <1×10⁻⁸ Pa·m³/s), 100% helium leak testing

Full Process Testing · Data Traceability · Zero Defects Target
In-Process Inspection (IPQC)
Dimension Inspection: Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM), 100% inspection of critical dimensions
Pressure Testing:
Radiator: 1.5 times working pressure (≥2MPa) held for 5 minutes with no leakage
Water-cooled plates: Burst pressure ≥10 MPa (GB/T 29039-2012)

Final Inspection (OQC)
Thermal Performance Testing: Wind tunnel testing (radiators), flow-pressure drop testing (water-cooled plates)
Report Certification: CNAS/CMA quality inspection reports (including heat dissipation, metal thermal strength, etc.)

Packaging Standards
Radiators: Anti-static pearl cotton + corrugated cardboard box (passed drop test from a height of 1.2 m)
Water cooling plates: Vacuum anti-oxidation film + corrugated cardboard box + pallet/wooden box fixing (compliant with ISTA-3A transport standards)

Transport Management
Export packaging labelled with ROHS/CE markings (compliant with EU directives)
