11 Steps To Get Your Working

Cross-cut We use high-precision laser cutting machines with a cutting accuracy of up to ±0.05mm to ensure that each piece of material meets your specific needs. The accuracy of this step lays a solid foundation for subsequent processing.


Stamp Adopting advanced hydraulic stamping machines, the stamping speed can reach 50 times per minute to ensure the consistency and accuracy of the shape, and the stamping tolerance is controlled within ±0.1mm.

CNC Through the precision machining of CNC machine tools, we are able to ensure that the size and shape of each component meet the design requirements. The CNC machining accuracy is as high as ±0.02mm, and the repetition accuracy is controlled within ±0.005mm.
Skiving Fin Producing We specialize in the manufacture of radiator fins, using advanced process technology to optimize thermal conductivity. The fin thickness can be controlled between 0.1mm and 3mm, and the spacing accuracy can reach ±0.1mm.

Friction Stir Welding (FSW) FSW is a superior solid-state technique creating defect-free, hermetic joints with minimal thermal distortion. It maintains base material conductivity and is excellent for hard-to-weld, high-strength aluminum alloys.


Vacuum Brazing This high-reliability method ensures air-tight bonds in complex, multi-component cold plate designs, often used in EV cooling. It allows integration of intricate internal fins for superior heat transfer efficiency and reliability.

Liquid Cooling Performance Testing Core testing measures the critical thermal resistance from the component junction to the coolant inlet. A key secondary metric is the pressure drop across the plate, which impacts required pumping power and system efficiency.
Thermal Performance Testing This ensures the plate operates safely by evaluating the balance between heat conduction and fluid convection. Optimization aims for minimal thermal resistance, balancing it against the necessary fluid pressure drop.


Sealing Test Strict sealing tests are carried out to ensure the reliability and durability of the product. Our sealing test ensures that the product is leak-free under pressure, with a test pressure of up to 10MPa.


Pressure Retention Testing Mandatory testing involves checking every cold plate at high pressure (e.g., 1MPa) to confirm structural integrity. Highly sensitive Helium leak detection is often employed to guarantee long-term sealing reliability for critical applications.

Assembly Finally, we assemble all components into the final product and conduct a comprehensive quality inspection to ensure that it meets your expectations. Our assembly process ensures the structural stability and functional integrity of the product with an assembly accuracy of ±0.2mm.

Custom Heat Sink Technologies

At the same time, we invested the skiving, Friction stir welding, soldering, brazing and Liquid cold plate machines. Based on our rich machining experience and capacity, we not only provide the mechanical designing suggestion, but also serve the thermal simulation, air tightness test , heat dissipation analysis and assembly to our customers.

Customized Design Capability It offers various structures such as fin-type, sunflowertype and shovel-toothed type, which can meet the heat dissipation requirements ranging from 10W to 500W.
Support surface treatments such as anodizing and sandblasting to enhance corrosion resistance.
Advanced Material and Manufacturing Techniques Using high thermal conductivity aluminum alloys (6061/6063) or copper materials, the thermal conductivity reaches 200 W/mK.
Supports CNC precision processing with a tolerance control of ±0.05mm, perfectly fitting the heat generating components.
Cost Optimization Plan The compression molding process reduces the cost of mass production (supports mass production of up to 10,000 pieces)
The air-cooling solution does not require an additional fluid system, resulting in a 60% reduction in maintenance costs.
